Cobras add Wide Receiver Fabian Guerra - Division II Star joins Carolina’s Receiving Core


GREENSBORO – Fabian Guerra (6’0, 190) attended Fairmont State University, a Division II school in Fairmont, West Virginia. During his time at Fairmont State he hauled in 233 catches, 2,805 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns. Guerra was a three-time ALL-MEC Wide Receiver, received NCAA Catch of the Year in 2014, was a USA College Football First Team Preseason All-American, and was selected to play in the Seventh Annual National Bowl. In addition, Guerra shattered the school record for career receptions (223), broke the single-game record for receiving yards (247), ranks second in school history for single-season receptions his senior year (76), he’s second in school history for career receiving yards (2,805) and third in school history for career touchdowns (20).

Guerra is a native of Miami, Florida where he attended Christopher Columbus High School.
