2021 NAL Championship Injury Report


ALBANY – The National Arena League is now days away from kicking off it’s fourth championship game in league history. Following an exciting regular season and great matchups in the playoffs, the final two teams will now play for the ultimate prize to be deemed National Arena League champions. Those two teams entering in Saturday’s contest will be the Columbus Lions (6-2) and the Albany Empire (7-1) who will play host for the 2021 NAL championship inside the Albany Times Union Center in downtown Albany, New York. Kickoff is set for 7pm. See below for the weekly NAL injury report for this championship matchup. 

ALBANY EMPIRE (7-1)
The Empire report no injuries after their 55-41 playoff victory against the Carolina Cobras. This will be Albany's first NAL Championship game but as a franchise were the AFL champions in 2019 before joining the NAL. 

COLUMBUS LIONS (6-2)
The Lions have two players to report with injuries following their 61-43 win over the Orlando Predators in the NAL playoffs. The Columbus Lions lead the league in championship appearances entering their third NAL championship game in four seasons, the Lions have yet to take home the NAL championship trophy.
