Brandon Negron Returns as Assistant Coach & Youth Developmental Coach

GREENSBORO, NC - Brandon Negron has over 16 years of coaching experience.  He started as a member of the Windemere Bobcats in Orlando, FL where he coached and served on the board for three years before moving to North Carolina in 2010.  In 2010 Brandon served as the Director of NCAAU football while simultaneously founding the Southwest Guilford Jets out of High Point, NC, successful football and cheer program which is now going into the twelfth year of existence.  In 2014 he became President of Northwest Pop Warner where he oversaw a youth football and cheer league that included associations in both North Carolina and Virginia.  In 2015 he served as the Offensive Coordinator for High Point Christian JV Football.  In 2017 he served as Offensive Coordinator for Ferndale Middle School.  In 2019 he served as Offensive Coordinator for Southwest Guilford Middle School.  Brandon’s dedication to youth sports in the Triad has afforded him the opportunity to have an impact and influence over more than 3,000 football athletes over the last decade.  Coach Negron will have a huge part in the 2022 Carolina Youth Arena Football League (CYAFL).  Brandon is the father of seven, has been married for almost 20 years and has dedicated his life to the advancement of youth and scholastic football in our area.  He is a passionate offensive mind with a commitment to continuing to learn and pass that knowledge on to his players.   In 2021 Coach Negron had to step away due to some health issues but is back for 2022.

When asked about his thoughts on 2021 and his return for 2022 Coach Negron said “I’m excited!  I am looking forward to coaching at 100% health in 2022.  We are building something special in Carolina.  Coach Res has a blueprint that I think, if we can all get behind and work together to put in place, the sky is the limit.  We were all learning in 2021.  2022 is where we take an enormous leap forward.  I couldn’t be happier and frankly honored to be coming back to the Snake Pit!”

Head Coach Resignalo had this to say “I am excited to have Coach Negron back. It’s hard to find loyal coaches in this game and Coach Negron is one of those coaches. You don’t just get Coach, but his family as well. His family are huge supporters of him and this team. His whole family is a huge staple in this community. He along with a couple other coaches will help make the CYAFL one of the top youth development programs in the Triad.”
