Cobras Sign WR Quan Shorts

The Carolina Cobras announce the signing of WR Quan Shorts

Quan Shorts (6’ 2” 195, Northwestern State University) totally dominated in 2019 for the Demons amassing 100 catches for 994 yards and 11 TDs in his senior campaign. He will be making his rookie debut for the Cobras this year. Known for great hands and no fear, his game should transition quite nicely in the arena game.

Short’s message for Cobra Nation is simple, “I’m ready to have a great 2021 Season!

Head Coach Resignalo had a bit more to say about Quan, “Quan has had a crazy road that has led him to Cobra Nation. If there is one unknown name in the NAL that is gonna turn heads...it’s Quan Shorts. Quan was an awesome WR coming out of HS. He was at Texas Tech for a while before transferring to Northwestern State. Quan has played some big-time football. What impressed me the most about Quan is his character and his drive, and how he is a role model for his why. He shows his son every day that no matter what adversity you’re faced with you can overcome and achieve. Many life lessons are learned through football, and Quan is a testament to that. Quan is on a mission and I’m excited he’s a Cobra and the NAL is gonna hear a lot about Quan Shorts in 2021.”
