Adam is an underrated athlete said Coach Res. Coach also said that, “Having Adam a part of this team is exciting for many. His family, his friends, and the community itself. Adam was a great player in HS and many know his name. Adam still holds records at Guilford College, which is also located here in Greensboro. We are loaded at WR, so that group in camp is gonna be fun to watch and coach.

Smith is a native of Mocksville, NC and attended Davie High School led the school to a state championship at quarterback and defensive back in 2010. Smith became the first quarterback in Davie High School history to throw for 1,500 yards and run for 500 yards in the same season. Smith also lettered in basketball and track.

Asking Adam about signing to Cobras, he had this to say. “Growing up in Davie County and playing my college ball in Greensboro at Guilford College, I couldn’t be more excited to come back to the Snake Pit this season to take what’s ours! Coach Res, Coach McKinney, and Coach Yarborough have put together a group of guys that will shock the league soon enough. I can’t wait to get into the Greensboro Coliseum and have some fun winning games! #Buckets”
