JACKSONVILLE, FL – The 2x National Arena League champion Jacksonville Sharks, have unveiled their 2023 theme nights for the upcoming season. The team has introduced a variety of creative themes and brought back some classics to keep the Shark Tank filled with entertainment all season long for the best fans in arena football. In addition, the team will incorporate a number of appreciation nights to celebrate local heroes in our community including military service men & women and outstanding academic professionals in Jacksonville.
APRIL15 - 90s Night
For the Sharks first home game of the season, the team decided to turn back the clock for 90’s night. It’s time to dust off your BEST 90’s outfit for the home opener on April 15th. A long-time favorite amongst many in Shark Nation, fans can enjoy their favorite 90’s hits in the arena while watching some BIG HITS on the field as the Sharks face the San Antonio Gunslingers.
Join us before every game for SharkFest at 5 p.m. outside of Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena for a pregame party!
APRIL 30 - Movie Night
Grab your popcorn and sit back and relax while watching your Jacksonville Sharks take on their in-state rivals, the Orlando Predators, for Movie Night at the Shark Tank! Take a walk on our red carpet and don't forget to pose for our paparazzi photo opportunities. Enjoy clips and music from movies you know and love!
Make sure to stay until the end and meet the dancers and players for the post-game on-field autograph sessions sponsored by Showtime Sports Cards and Collectibles!
This will be our first-ever Sunday game, kickoff is at 4PM.
MAY 20- Jungle Night (Scouts Night & Education Appreciation)
LIONS, TIGERS and SHARKS….Oh my!! Get your safari hats and binoculars ready because it’s Jungle Night in the Shark Tank. Join us as the Sharks take on the Albany Empire. Buckle up and enjoy the WILD ride this night is sure to bring!!
The Sharks have brought back the Scouts for this night as well. Any boy or girl scout troops interested can purchase tickets to the game and enjoy access to the post-game on-field autograph session. To sign up, email dave@jaxsharks.com or call 904-621-0700 ext. 712.
We will also celebrate our amazing educators! Anyone involved in education, whether that be teachers, bus drivers, lunch staff, etc) will be eligible for our special buy one get one free ticket offer!
JUNE 10 - Hawaiian Night (Jr Attack Dance Camp)
Aloha, Sharks fans! Slip on your flip flops, Zinc up your nose & show off your summertime tan because Hawaiian Night is here! This tropical theme night will be on island time all night long so kick back, enjoy some beach tunes, and catch a great game (and maybe a wave) between the Sharks and the Fayetteville Mustangs. Enjoy never-before-seen Hawaiian-themed Sharks jerseys that will be auctioned off at the end of the game during our on-field autograph session.

JUNE 24 - Star Wars (Youth Football Camp)
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, the Sharks took on the Carolina Cobras for Star Wars night. This long time fan favorite theme is back and it will be an action packed night with lightsabers, Jedis and Stormtroopers. Join the Shark side as we battle our way to victory!

JULY 15 - Halloween in July
The Sharks look to become the Albany Empire’s WORST NIGHTMARE on Halloween night in the Shark Tank. Dress up in your scariest (or best) costumes to help send them back to New York with a ghostly loss! Best dressed could go home with a prize! Enjoy monster movie moments and classic spooky scenes from the best Halloween movies new & old.
Venture into the scare zone and experience characters from the world-famous 13th Floor Haunted House, Jacksonville’s legendary Halloween event…. If you dare!
Join us on the field after the game for our post-game autograph session sponsored by Showtime Sports Cards and Collectibles. Meet your favorite Sharks players and Attack Dance Team members. Create memories that you will never forget!
JULY 22 - Military Appreciation (Fan Appreciation)
We saved this great theme night for the finale of our regular home season. We will salute all the brave men & women that have served & continue to serve in our nation's armed forces with Military Appreciation Night. Stand with us as we honor hometown heroes from all branches of service. We’ll have plenty of football action in-store as the Sharks will go head to head with West Texas as we look to be a MAJOR PAIN on the Warbirds playoff hopes. All active duty and military veterans, as well as their families, are eligible to receive our special buy one get one free ticket offer. The Jacksonville Sharks will also wear a custom Military-Themed game jersey that will be auctioned off at the end of the game during the on-field autograph session.
