NAL Injury Report: Week 13


ATLANTA – The National Arena League enters an exciting week 13, where team may win or lose their playoffs seeds all in one single night all all six teams will play tonight with games in Albany, NY, San Antonio, TX, and Greensboro, NC. First up with have the Orlando Predators (3-7)  traveling up to face the Albany Empire (6-4), next we have the Jacksonville Sharks (7-5) taking on the San Antonio Gunslingers (3-7) in Texas. We have another battle between the Columbus Lions (5-5) taking on the the Carolina Cobras (8-4) in Greensboro.

Albany Empire (8-4)

With home field advantage the defending NAL champions have a chance to hold on to their #2 seed tonight as they face the Orlando Predators (3-7). With the home playoffs on the line the Empire may have the right night & opponent to keep their spot in the NAL postseason.

Orlando Predators (3-7)

Close games and injuries have haunted the 2022 Orlando Predators with only road games left they have nothing to lose and it wouldn’t be surprising for this Orlando team to create some upsets before the regular season ends. See full injury report for this week below.

San Antonio Gunslingers (3-7)

The win streak hype came to an end last week as the Gunslingers had a narrow loss to the Columbus Lions last week. However with a home game this week the Gunslingers may have a stand out night against the road weary Sharks who had their worst of the season on a long away game trip to Albany. Jacksonville Sharks (8-5)

The Sharks have their sights at the already occupied #2 spot, however, if the Sharks can manage a win and Albany can manage a loss the Sharks could be a deadly playoff team with their 6-1 record at home. See full injury report.

Columbus Lions (5-5)

It’ll be big night for the Lions a major upset victory on the road will keep the Lions and in the playoffs and will lower the Cobras record to 8-4. With the return of Mason Espinosa the Lions look to be the playoff team the NAL fans are used to with this franchise. Even better, the Lions are healthy with zero injuries to report this week. 


Carolina Cobras  (8-4)

Despite their loss the Cobras still hold the #1 spot and it’ll be hard to beat Carolina at home. With major signing this week fans may get a sneak peak on what the Cobras will look like in the playoffs. See full injury report here.
