NAL INJURY REPORT: WEEK 7


Double Header Friday Night Action in Florida


ATLANTA – The National Arena League announces its weekly injury report for all six teams this week as the NAL has three games to watch this weekend for fans with a Friday Night doubleheader in Florida tonight and a lone Saturday night game this weekend. NAL games this week include (2-2) Columbus Lions visiting the (2-3) Orlando Predators in Central Florida tonight, the (0-4) San Antonio Gunslingers continue their road series as they face the (2-4) in North Florida as this match kicks off tonight. Playing in the Northeast the (5-1) Carolina Cobras take on the Albany Empire (4-1) in Upstate New York.

Columbus Lions (2-2)

Jason Gibson and his Columbus Lions are at a turning point for which direction the Lions will take in 2022 with a dead even record at 2-2 it’ll be interesting to see if the Lions bounce back or let their season slip to 2-3. See Coach Gibson’s injury report. 


OL/DL - Malik Brewer, (Placed on Long-Term Injury Reserve)


Orlando Predators (2-3)

Coach Higgins and his Orlando Predators are fresh off of a week 6 victory and have a shot at another win as the Columbus Lions started their season hot but have struggled since returning from their bye week. See Orlando’s injury report as well. 


OL/DL - Trenton Bridges, Leg (Probable)


San Antonio Gunslingers (0-4)

Coach Shaw and the Gunslingers aim at week seven for their first victory of the year they face a team that has battled a lot of adversity with a struggling (2-4) Jacksonville Sharks team. However, they maybe one week too late as the Sharks look smoking hot after defeating the undefeated Carolina Cobras. The Gunslingers have health on their side this week as they have less injuries to report.

Jacksonville Sharks (2-4)

The Sharks and Coach Burley look to set the Sharks season back on the right track. A victory tonight will put the Sharks at 3-4 as they play tonight in front of their home crowd against the 0-4 San Antonio Gunslingers.

Carolina Cobras (5-1)
The Cobras suffered their first lost of the season at the fins of the Sharks. However the Cobras still look to be a top team in the league and will look to reinforce that tonight against another top team in the league the (4-1) Albany Empire but will have to find this win on the road. Albany Empire (3-1)
