SHARKS MAKE IMPACT THIS THANKSGIVING

JACKSONVILLE, FL- The Sharks are known for giving their all on the field but they also love to give their all in the Jacksonville community. The Sharks gave back in a unique way this Thanksgiving in their partnership with Sponsored By Grace.

Thanksgiving can be a tough time for families, Sponsored by Grace wanted to help take that burden off some families and the Sharks were happy to help. The Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Florida hosted Sponsored By Grace’s Thanksgiving Give Back event where Thanksgiving baskets were given out to over 300 families. WR Kamrin Soloman was honored to represent the Sharks. “Being there meant a lot for me because it helps us as athletes humble ourselves,” Solomon said. “I was not there as Kamrin Soloman, I was there as a part of the Jacksonville Sharks organization, representing something bigger than myself.” 

The Attack dancers also made an appearance at the event. Attack veterans, Hannah Webb and Kelci Bartlett,  joined the team in handing out baskets. “Being at the event was a heartwarming experience,” Bartlett said. “Being able to see the smiles on everyone’s faces when they received their Thanksgiving baskets was truly amazing.”

Solomon and OL Gibril Ghee instructed the kids in the different offensive techniques of arena football while the Attack Dancers played with the kids on the playground. “My favorite part of the day was hanging out on the playground with the kids and being able to talk to them,” Webb said. “It made me feel like a kid again!”
