Venom Hunnies Receive President's Volunteer Service Award

GREENSBORO - The Carolina Cobras Venom Hunnies Cheerleaders are proud to announced they received the President's Volunteer Service Award for Volunteer Missions in 2020. The honor was bestowed on Venom Hunnies Director Christin Cox at the U.S. Veterans Corps in North Carolina earlier this morning. This is the second year the Hunnies Cheerleaders have partnered with the US Veterans Corps in efforts to support the local communities and military veterans in need. 

In addition to this great distinguished metal of service they received a letter of recongnition from the White House from the 45th President of the United States Donald Trump, Senator Thom Tillis, and Senator Richard Burr each recongnizing the hard work and services that the Venom Hunnies Cheerleading Team has displayed with the united goal of build a better community for all. 

The President's Volunteer Services Award is a coveted award given annually to exceptional volunteer organizations, clubs, and indiviuals throughout the United States. The Venom Hunnies Dance Team will continue their community partnership with the US Veterans Corps going into the Cobras 2021 season and plan to be a league leader for community outreach for not only the Cobras organization but for the National Arena League as a whole. This presidential award is hoped to be one of many honors the Venom Hunnies Cheerleaders honors to bring to the Carolina Cobras and the city of Greensboro.
